Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Invisalign Open Day. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. The patient must have had a dental checkup within the past 12months to qualify for treatment. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Invisalign Open Day will be charged at an additional cost.

Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The Invisalign Open Day discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments.
The £40 deposit will be redeemable after your appointment if you decide to not continue with treatment. If you would like to continue with treatment, then the £40 deposit will be used in the next stage of treatment.
All sales are final. In the event that Dr Jay Wilson is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Edgar Buildings Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The Invisalign Open Day discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Edgar Buildings Dental & Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Edgar Buildings Dental & Implant Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns.
Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Edgar Buildings Dental & Implant Clinic's negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to adults and children. Edgar Buildings Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
