This offer is only available between 17th October 2026 and [17th January 2027]. The [Implant Treatment] plan discount only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked and attended before 23:59 on [17th January 2027]. This offer is open for all individuals who are patients at the [Edgar Buildings Dental and Imlpant Clinic]. The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full [Implant Treatment] plan. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with [Implant Treatment]. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for [Implant Treamtnet] will be charged at an additional cost. Appointments are subject to availability [and are with Dr Philip Pettemerides or Dr Liliana Ruzzene]. The [Implant Treatment] plan discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that [Dr Philip Pettemerides or Liliana Ruzzene] is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, [Edgar Buildings Dental and Implant Clinic] will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the [Implant treatmet] plan is interrupted as a result of an appointment, or multiple appointments, being cancelled as a result of [Dr Philip Pettemrides and Liliana Ruzzene] being unavailable and cannot be completed due to continued unavailability, [Edgar Buildings Dental and Implant Clinic] will refund the patient the amount previously paid for the treatment. For clarity, where two appointments have been attended and paid for by the patient, and the final appointment must be cancelled by [Edgar Buildings Dental and Implant Clinic], and cannot be rearranged, only the amount already paid for the final appointment will be refunded to the patient. The [Implant Treatment] plan discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. [Edgar Buildings Dental and Implant Clinic] will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, [Edgar Buildings Dental and Implant Clinic] cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from [Edgar Buildings Dental and Implant Clinic] negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Edgar Buildings Dental and Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
