Scott
Wetton BDS MFDS RCS(Eng) MFDS RCS(Edin) qualified from Bristol
University Dental School and has Memberships to the Faculty of Dental
Surgery to both the Royal College of Surgeons England and the Royal
College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
His past positions have included Senior House Officer posts in Restorative
Dentistry, Oral Medicine and progressed to Trust fellow status in
oral maxillofacial surgery (surgical tooth extractions, head and neck
trauma and cancer) as well as working in numerous dental practices,
some accepting referrals.
He undertakes all forms of periodontal treatment and assessment including
surgical and non-surgical methods. He also has a wealth of experience
in all forms of dentistry, including facial rejuvenation - the treatment
of fine lines and wrinkles using non-surgical treatments and Hydrafil.
Scott is a part-time clinical lecturer at Bristol University, and
the School of Professionals Complementary to Dentistry (Hygienists
and dental nurses). He also lectures nationally to qualified dentists,
hygienists and therapists.
He is an examiner for Bristol University on the Dental Undergraduate
program, and also nationally for the General Dental Council and the
International Qualifying Exam (assessing non-EU dentists admittance
to practice in the UK).
